Is the reraise PF with JJ standard?

 I don't really like reraising preflop here after someone raises UTG with decently tight stats. I'd rather just play it for set value because too many times here is the same thing going to happen, except maybe worse. As played I'd play it the same way. He's probably trapping you with AA/KK, or flopped a set.
