Well, that's a fucked board. What can you extract value from? Not tens, they just owned you...

Might as well cbet because anything you're ahead of won't give you action on later streets anyway without improving
although AK could be like lol, 10 outs let's gambool

so I lean towards b/f

again, i think the bet sizing is fine preflop. I like to make it another 1/10th of effective stack if i'm 3 betting.

c/c at least one street I tend not to give a complete unknown any credit first hand especially if they post.

3bet is a little small as already said but I think $18 is sufficient so it's not a big mistake at all.
