Hand 1: CALL. You should be expected to have shit here. I also would bet the river bigger because I'm expected to have shit here and usually do.
Hand 2: I usually go $5 pre-flop. I'm usually a big fan of smallball and pot control but in spots like this you have so much fold equity you may as well build a big pot. River is uhhhh. I think you split a lot, see a worse hand sometimes and a better hand sometimes.

Hand 2 you will see 44 or 88 unless he's retarded enough to show up with 33 there (which is also less likely because he might fold a gutshot on the flop)
it's like I want to call, but I feel like I split or lose a lot and I'm lucky to see worse

Hand 1: We have to call this mainly due to the odds we're getting. Against such a player we have to expect to be behind often.
