Your turn decision was right and easy. On the flop, its a tougher decision. You decided to build the pot rather than go aggro and get in the money while you knew you were ahead.
In different situations I think either approach can be right. Some will say you should have sped it up in order to make villains pay to draw out on you. This is reasonable, but I think the more important reason to speed it up is because some cards can fall that will kill your action by representing a more obvious straight on the board. For this reason, I probably raise on the flop and get it in while I can.

I like it. Although a 9 or ten will kill your action, most often the turn will be a blank one at least one of the villains will want to pu a lot more money in.

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I always bet the flop but the turn fold should be very easy with all this action.

i raise flop because there are enough players showing strength for me to think one of them will get allin with me.
I also think there are too many cards that will either kill my action or my hand with so many other players in the pot.

I would probably raise to about 35 or 40 on the flop. With a bet, call, and a raise, you are bound to get at least one guy to play with you, and even if you dont and everyone folds, you added about 20% on to your previous stack, which isnt all that bad. That being said, you probably end up losing the hand either way if you get a caller the turn kills you.

It's fine, althought I like getting in the first bet so the hand doesn't unfold like this.

I like the flop action, idea is to build pot optimally. I would
lead weak rather than check myself.
Most of the time turn is blank then u can make your
big bet. This is just bad luck.

I am trying to figure out why you fold? You think someone has quad eights or a full house, or do I overlook something? (note: newbie here, with 3 weeks of real money play, so forgive me )

if someone had 2pair/set on the flop, which is likely, then the turn gave most of those hands a full house.
