hand 1: villian (35/13/1.5 over 35 hands) seemed pretty loose stationy. I stacked him two hands ago when he c/c with gunshot on the flop, then c/r with TPWK and stacked off on the turn vs my set. Thoughts on turn play?

1 fold, UTG+1 calls $1, 1 fold, Hero bets $5, 2 folds, SB calls $4.50, 1 fold, UTG+1 calls $4

UTG+1 checks, Hero ?

hand 2: My read on this guy is that he often minraises preflop and min donk bets into the PFR with drawing hands. This is his donkey characteristics i observed when i just sat down there.
