Deanglow is on a distinguished road
Nobody bluffraises the river at this level but a lot of people slowplay. I think J10 is a huge part of his range so fold

wow this is a fairly brutal spot. first of all how high is his c bet frequency as the hands hes representing i.e. 88,99 and 1o j id expect to c bet this flop fairly frequently, specifically the first two. By the river looking at the size of his raise im fairly sure he doesnt have 88 or 99 but 10j is definitely a possibility. Yet theres something fishy about his raise being so big on the river, wid 10j id be expecting to see a raise to maybe 40-50 for value as his raise size scares most everything away. Though theres always the chance hes trying to makes his nuts look bluffy :/. Weighing up all the factors available to me i probably call this as i seem him turning up wid missed spades, other missed str8 draws and sometimes 1 pair that realises hes no good for showdown.

looking at deans response i guess im just a payoff wizard . Though i sort of disagree as some of the better regs and loose cannons are definately capable of making a move like this though agreed when thinking about it it is unlikely.

quite possibly a leak in my game, but I call this all day long.

I also 3-bet preflop almost every time vs this villain.

I could see villain playing Q9 like this, but maybe if all we're beating is that and bluffs, we don't have a good enough 'beating him' range to call?

the thing is i showed some weakness in early streets and didnt really reveal the true strength of my hand. Did he slow play worse two pairs or AK and push this river given that he opened on the button and i flat call in small blind?

no, hed just call all 2 pairs and ak on this river as your line looks strong and if he was to raise a hand like a8, a9 on the river that hed slow played hed likely make a much smaller raise hoping to get value fom aces but not wanting to commit himself with anythng less than the nuts, i also dont think hed slowplay 2 par or a set to this extent. The more i study the hand the less i can put him on a range we beat bar a bluff, but i just wouldnt be able to fold this in the heat of the moment, guess thats a leak of mine to.

this is j10 like 80% and horribly played sets and 2 pairs the rest.

Your like never good here. Even against a player capable of a bluff raise this is a retarded spot for him to make one as hes repping only a passively played j10 and your line looks like a set that your never folding.

He needs to be bluffing a lot here for this to be a good call, some might bluff from time to time but I don't think it's close in the long run.
