villian is 17/17/4 with a 11% 3 bet preflop over 350 hands and looks sorta aggressive postflop. I put his range on AT+,AA,KQ, or some good combo draws after his weird big flop raise. Is this a snap fold or crying call given our OK equity against his 3 bet range?

consider why you're raising him in the first place
if a third club or a spade come on the turn it's not like you're going to felt

and he's not going to like call your raise a whole ton, just AK/AQ
If he has KJs he has a 1/4 chance of it being spades and having great equity against you anyway and will probably 3b/get it in on the flop
I guess he MIGHT peel non spades KJs

and he could still have TT or JJ although there's only one combo left of each

we have the advantage of folding 89 of course if he opens that (but not 89 of spades) which still has a lot of equity vs. our hand

it just seems like he has nuts/megadraws all over in his range and even his AK has a lot of equity (9 outs)
so it might be better to wait until the turn to raise or not to raise at all and just bet when he checks

BankItDrew will become famous soon enough
We are either dominated or he has 9 outs with AK = snap folding.
