this hand occured within the first two orbits so assume no reads here. Cbetting flop is std, turn gives us 15 outs to the nuts so checking is out of the question. River is questionable, at first I thought I´d fold out hearts, then I figured that I have some sd value against hearts, now I´m editing this the 3rd time, since the T makes a huge part of his range.

I play it the same. Maybe even only 20 on the river. I think 50/50 b/f c/f is a good line.
My sig is too much for you to handle.
