Being OOP I think I just call here. Hero is probably behind or villian is trying for a free card. If we hit our card you can either donk bet or check raise the turn. If we miss the turn I would check call (any reasonable bet).

I don' t mind the 3 bet line either. Then I would be 1/2 pot (or a little more) on the turn on a card that missed.
