Pre-flop: (8 players) Hero is BB with A K
2 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 checks, CO+1 calls, 2 folds, SB raises to $7, Hero raises to $19, 3 folds, SB calls.

Flop: J Q K ($41, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero ???

It seems that my biggest leak is playing badly against these huge aggro calling stations. Villain was 80/11/3.
I had 3betted villain before and he folded.
I felt that this flop hit so many 3bet calling ranges that beat me (Normally these 80/x guys just limp a lot preflop so that the nits with HUDs (like me ) see that and feel that he is calling a lot postflop). So I would tend to check here, plus have some outs to a pretty good hand.
What do you do here? Should we stack off on this board against this villain? I would very much prefer a KJ4 board ...
