I am not sure why villian wouldn't c-bet this dry board other than the fact that he is OOP, missed the flop and is now in pot control mode. I think I may check behind here and either bet the turn (if he checks again) or call a resonable bet. If I felt like he could fold a smaller PP like T's or 9's then I may re-raise a bet on the turn.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

I think its a tarp tbh. My first tell that he has a strong hand is the fact he only raises 3.5 out of the sb, if he had a vulnerable hand like 88-jj, or aq-ak i think hed isolate the limper with a bigger raise closer to 4.5, What was his standard raise size when isolating? specifically oop where id expect it to be bigger. You obviously have to 3 bet him with ak suited tho but once he 4 bets to 39 i think this is either 5 bet shove or fold imo. Against a normal villain with these stats id say fold but as he also sees you as a good agro player capable of doing this with marginal holdings id be really tempted to 5 bet shove, tho im not sure. The way youve played it i would just check to see a free turn as he could definitely be going for a checkraise.

I agree either fold or shove pf.

3.5 is standard open in BvB, his isos were around 4 IP. I think he just didnt notice the limper with 12 tables running.

This is clearly push or fold with 100B stacks, but we´re almost 170BB deep here, what makes shoving kinda hard and makes me hate folding, assuming his ranges widen a bit with deeper stacks.
