hand 1: semi-loose villain is 22/13/4.5 over 75 hands.
Is my turn semi-bluff good or very silly? noticing that there's only one PSB left and i have some outs, so i made a huge move.

Hand 1 is a little bad given he's UTG, but certainly not horrible. Good to do once in a while.
Hand 2, he's a big callstation so we have to assume you're ahead (duh) but how to get the best value? I honestly don't know, but I probably bet ~40.

Being UTG and with stats 22/13/4.5, makes his range quite wide (even if we adapt it with position). His flop call is somehow scary as he has 4.5 AF. I think that shoving this turn and the fact that we are OPP is not bad.

Agree! $40 would be the best number. My experience shows that even calling stations don't call PSB or 3/4 PSB with middle pair on river.

Hand 1: I've seen villains with similar stats take the same line with any pocket pair so I'm not too freaked out by the flat call. I guess by my same reasoning it becomes a little good rather than a little bad =]

1 is ok given opp as he could potentially fold 99-JJ i guess and QQ+ are less likely because there is an A,K and Q that he can't have.
2 what Fnord said, as played just shove anyway.

Hand 1: I would really want to be a lot more passive on that turn, but thats just me being a woman and thinking about it your play is very good here in my opinion.
Hand 2: I shove the river.
