I've been c-bet some pots lately.
Calling here is not good, as if villain is on a flush draw we are letting him draw for free. However, villain min raised with the other opp still to act which might imply more strength ...
What do you do here?

This is quite annoying spot to be in if you don't have Ace of the suit because you could easily have the best hand but your overall equity vs that action is kinda crappy.

Calling flop and reevaluating turn card and his follow up bet size could be some alternative here if you don't want to dump it without a fight. Besides, if there is fairly good chance you are already beat, then controlling pot size is more important than charging price for cards.

There are a lots of pair+spade combos in villain's range and he's likely to define himself on turn. His stats indicate, that he's monkey on flop but wimp on turn/river but I could be wrong.

You could avoid that spot by betting $15-17 on flop, then have more clear decision on turn. When in doubt, bet more.

 As said, bet the flop harder. As played, I think all you can do is call and re-evaluate on the turn since he has that high of a flop AF.

I can't see doing anything other than calling and re-evaluating the turn. Since he min-raised the flop there's a good chance he sucks at bet sizing and will make it cheap for you on the turn - but I'd probably fold if he follows through with a sizeable bet. His range is probably something like {flush, set, pair+fd, air}, of which he's likely to check or bet small on the turn with the latter two if he's not very good.

 The trouble in calling here is that villain can bet a huge number of turns with his aggression factor.
Would you still call the min raise if my bet was $15-17 on flop?
