no real reads except that the table in general seemed fairly week (which is why i chose to play 62s in the first place)

most good players frown upon minraises and i generally agree, but i think it had some merit here. or maybe im a monkey, who knows.

I'm not a 6max player so this is probably not even valid but why would you raise with that shitty of a hand into 2 players who have position? Maybe its a 6 handed thing?

pf obviously isn't standard, but like i said i thought the table was pretty weak/passive, i'm very likely to take it down with a c-bet regardless. either way it's not bad to play hands like these once in a great while imo..

I think your opponent had a flush draw as well by the way he checked it down on the turn. I think he tried to steal it on the river. In most hands I think you just threw away another $12 IMO.

i dont get what you mean by "most hands" since the play was made 100% based on the context of this hand.

i think the check raise on the river should be more like 30-35 unless your very confident that he will fold to that

looks pretty dumb to me, i think the only hand that really folds here is a draw

ok here is my reasoning:

what hand calls flop, checks behind turn and bets river after I check? either he flopped a monster or he's on a draw, the draw being much more likely (only exception being QJs). also if he flopped a monster i would highly expect him to at the very least throw out some kind of teaser "call-me" bet on the turn.

i realize check-miniraising as a bluff is normally dumb because any marginal hand will call you due to pot size, but because of the board I felt there was no middleground really.

thedeepish: given the way the hand was played what hand do you think he's calling my mini-checkraise that he would fold to a 30-35 checkraise?

bair: that's the idea.

i thought against his range of hands my FE with a miniraise would be identical to a bigger one.
