So his pfr is 2%, did you see what his pfrr were? Anyways this is not an uncommon move for the honest uber nit donks to use when they have aces, kings or queens. I guess it really depends on how nitty he is, check reraise percentages and go from there. Some people do this with AK or QQ so you shouldn't dismiss that entirely.

Über-nit PFR and 3-bet are usually really close together, but still. If you have HEM you can filter for his Preflop Actions: 'Call Raise' from EP. I'd be surprised if you find QQ or AK there.

Laugh and fold. I don't think it's AA almost always, but it is often enough and you really don't need to gamble here with someone who sucks so hard.

I'm having fun with HEM at the moment, and I found a 20/3 over 7k who took this line twice with TT out of 9 times - the other times he didn't get looked up. Both times 50NL full stacked.
One of those I remember and I think shoving was the right play at the moment. The other one was just plain goofy.
