I don't always raise the flop when i get a set, but I felt that a small raise would be good here since there was a bettor. With 2 calls and 2 checks on the turn I fired out a big bet because I did not want any FDs or SDs catching. When they both called and pushed the river I couldn't find myself folding with about $10 behind.

Could this have been played different?
Do you think I have the best hand here?

There are some draws on this board. You make it $1.80 more to call in a $3.80 pot. These are over 2:1 pot odds, which you don't want to give to a flush/straight draw. Raise to like $4 to give them bad pot odds to chase.
