I think that depends primarily on your read of his hand strength.
It's pretty doubtful that he also has a draw here.

I'm curious - how would you play this (particularly the turn) if you had AK/KQ? AA? QQ?

Your line looks suspicious...if I didn't have a K, I say - oops, you've really got a K and fold the river...if I have 33 there is some chance that I might fold if I had played it retarded like Villain, if I have anything else I don't think I'm even betting the river...

i usually push the flop after the minraise, river is really bad bluff because he usually has a king here. if you dont think he had the king on the flop, thats even more reason to push then.
