I New I had had the best hand at the flop, so checked to show weakness, then put the bate out with the $2 et at the turn, he takes the bait and puts me on a bluff/stab and raises allin (luvly jubly)
But would you meet the wierd $5 re-raise pre-flop? .. if I held AKo i'd probably of folded, but with AKs I thought Id see a flop.

Yeah OK play on your part but you made money here because this guy was a moron. There is no hand you could call that raise with that he has beat.
EDITed - if I could read I would be dangerous.

In truth, I don't mind hackrsackr's large raise preflop with TT. I personally hate this hand and would prefer to take the pot preflop or get what he got and play the hand isolated against one opponent. Otherwise, I would limp that hand and take my chances on hitting the set.
TT is a very difficult hand to play. I think you made a good "apparent bluff" bet by making the $2 turn bet. He probably did think you were trying to steal it. Although, he made a bad read by not putting you on some kind of A when you called that $5 preflop raise.

I play TT like any mid or low pp (limp for the set) JJ ill raise to isolate.
i think TT in tournys is very different, being more vunerable than higher pp's it may need bigger pre flop raise / to make sure to isolate.

I hate the slow play of top pair regardless of kicker, HU or not. The pot is already 40BB. I'd bet the pot on the flop hoping to take it down then. Giving away free cards is asking for trouble and this could have easily been a bad beat 2 outer thread.
