Anyways, Im dealt AQs and raise to 4xbb, get one caller [only have about 100 hands on him, but he seems like a calling station]

** Dealing Flop ** [ Ah, Ts, 9c ]
>You have options at Table 97124 Table!.
ClowningKong checks.
AKBaldacci bets [$2].
>You have options at Fine Swine Table!.
ClowningKong calls [$2].

Flop seems relatively harmless, but remember this is $25nl and people love chasing their draws, the AT gives two broadway cards a gutshot, and the T9 gives an OESD. Typically here against somebody that doesnt call a lot Id probably bet around $1.50, but even that isnt always enough to drive out the draws and my hand isnt incredibly strong so I want to take it down here. I bet the pot and he calls.

** Dealing Turn ** [ 6h ]
>You have options at Table 97124 Table!.
ClowningKong checks.
AKBaldacci bets [$4].
ClowningKong calls [$4].

The call didnt mean much on the flop, I was pretty sure they had a hand, probably a weak ace, so I wasnt worried and bet $4 into a pot of $6 on a non scary looking 6h, he calls.

** Dealing River ** [ 5s ]
ClowningKong bets [$7].
>You have options at Fine Swine Table!.
>You have options at Table 95738 Table!.
AKBaldacci calls [$7].

The 5 is definitely a blank, but the villain suddently wakes up and bets $7 into a pot of $14, giving me 3:1 to call. This had me worried but with these odds and how the hand played I dont think I can lay this down, all I bet is AJ or another weak ace that didnt make aces up or a busted draw, but I dont know if Im up against those enough to call. As played, do you call the river? If you would have played it differently, what would you have changed?

The turn completes the ass-end of a straight draw...is he enough of a calling station to limp-call with 78o in his position?

I think your call on the end is fine, given the odds...obviously no reason to reraise.

That is definitely a set slow-players flop though, and the turn doesn't cause too much of a reason for one to speed it up (for some players anyway).

There are definitely a lot of players against whom I'd fold here. Against an unknown I'd probably call, but I wouldn't like it much.
