I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

I like but not sure if for the right reason so i'm going spell it out and you say "Well done Clar", or "OmgZ WaT NooBsz Cl4R J00 Sux" and explain why :P
His fold to c-bet is quite small. This implies he's either been on a heater/catching cards (unlikely), or he likes to float a lot intending to take it down when the PFR slows down.
So, we're obviously not assuming you're beat on the turn and the check induces the bluff which we call obv.
If we raise the turn, what will he call with? Unless we know he's hyper-aggressive i doubt he'll continue with air, so that puts him on overpair/set maybe some random backdoor flush draw like Ah3h. Of course now the answer just relies on your read. If you just call, will he fire again on the river with air? If not raise, if so then call?
Now he either has a hand or he doesn't and was just trying to win it with aggression. If he has a hand, then it's likely 77-QQ or some random 45s-9Ts?
So when the river comes it looks like a bad card for us, 9T got 2 pair, 77/99/TT now all beat us so we check/call hoping he was just value betting a pair we beat?

I do this a lot. With the stack sizes here you have some serious problems with blowing out worse hands and paying off better hands.

If we call turn marginal with 88 for example, how much respect do we get for turning AA-JJ and 88/AK/AQ into a bluff on river and stealing.
Enough or not enough?
