PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
Hero ($98.70)
BB ($143.35)
UTG ($223.60)
UTG+1 ($23.50)
MP1 ($11.60)
MP2 ($57.05)
MP3 ($50.35)
CO ($98.65)
Button ($34.80)
Preflop: Hero is SB with K , A .
UTG raises to $4, UTG+1 calls $4, 3 folds, CO calls $4, 1 fold, Hero raises to ...
Monkey logic: I'm not folding, calling sucks OOP vs 3 fuckers, must raise, but how much?

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Stats on UTG?
I would have thought his range is way way tight here.

This is in fact what happened, but the shorty pushed for his remaining $1 or so and I won a showdown vs K9 or something stupid.

Why do you feel you can't fold preflop? Against certain players I let it go with that much money behind. Are you raising AQo here? How happy are you OOP with 2 callers in a swollen pot with a routine lack of implied odds?

Edit: The amount I raised to was $25 or so, don't remember exactly.
I don't want to fold because I'm ahead of a whole lot right now, but I'm folding AQo here because I don't feel as if I'll have an edge with that hand against a UTG raiser OOP (for clarity, I fold AQo because it sucks here and call with AQs because of pot odds). If I get two callers in this pot then I'll have a relatively hard decision if a K-high flop comes and an easy decision if anything else comes. I think this because I'll have to decide if I'm against AA/KK on a K-high flop. On an A-high flop I open push if there is a possible strong draw on the flop and I check/shove if there isn't a possible strong draw on the flop. On undercard flops I check/fold.
