This guy was pissing me off. He was playing 24/24 over 60 something hands and this is the 3rd time he's 3-bet me. Once I folded, once I called and check/folded and this time I drew my line in the sand. What do you think?

I usually play more passive . I'm guessing the passive line is the leak and this push isn't?
