Hello! I've got two hands here....

Villain in this hand was a donk. Was this a good call?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG+1 ($6.70)
MP1 ($3.70)
MP2 ($2.70)
MP3 ($1.80)
CO ($9.65)
Button ($3.55)
Hero ($9.75)
BB ($12.35)
UTG ($11.30)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, K.
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.10, MP2 calls $0.10, 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.65, 1 fold, MP1 folds, MP2 raises to $2.8 (All-In), Hero calls $2.10.

This next one here is a bit strange. No reads on the villain. I caught a nice "big blind surprise" but I think I got outdrawn here on the turn. Line?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP1 ($5.10)
MP2 ($2.95)
MP3 ($5.05)
CO ($9.85)
Button ($7.25)
SB ($6.60)
Hero ($11.50)
UTG ($12.65)
UTG+1 ($3.20)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, 8.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.10, 6 folds, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.25) 8, Q, 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.25, UTG+1 calls $0.25.

Turn: ($0.75) 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.75, UTG+1 raises to $2.85 (All-In), Hero?

Hand 1: I'd fold. You're mostly a little or a big underdog, as that small stack would probably play it that way with any PP or Ax

Hand 2: If you really think villain is on a draw on that board, that reraise his bet.
As played, call his all-in. You beat any Q, any 4, any draw, a few 8's etc, air, etc...too much to let this go against this shorty.

It would be more interesting if you were both 100BB deep. I'd fold to a shove then without a read.

Not the worlds best/ most experienced player, but here are my comments.

Hand 1 : Why are you raising 6.5x big blind with KQs? As played I fold. Even if villain is a donk, donks like aces, and any ace is a favourite here.

Hand 2: This is a tougher spot. Villain could have a flush or 4s full of 8s, or just an overplayed Q. I probably call, but this could be a leak of mine.

I raised with KQs because I was probably being a little too overly aggressive here. I lot of these players will limp just about anything, and I knew that I probably had the best hand here. It was OOP though, which was bad on my part.

I was just completely lost on the second hand, though. I'm not sure if a flush would have played like this. I ended up folding in this spot.
