I don't know if I shoulda chased this or not. I figure I've got only 7 outs to make a hand worth betting at the river so I folded. The table was basically calling down every hand (BPGK and up).

Your pot odds here were like 10:1. Even for a four outer, that's decent - and with everyone calling everything, if you hit it you know you're making another $3 or $4.
By the way, I really only like the jacks as outs. Not sure what you think the other 3 are, but any card that puts three broadways on the board while only giving you one pair is not a very happy card. Especially with like four people in the hand. The queens are bad because they make a straight for any jack; the aces are bad because people play crap hands like AT, A9 and A3 all day long.
Why do you min-raise pre-flop?

Well, if the table calls down with anything, I only like 3 of my outs as the Js very well has me beat. So I dont think you are getting the right pot odds to make this call....You would need about $14 in the pot to make the call i believe.
The results of the hand shouldnt change the fact that it was a good fold......also your skimming by if you think your 4 outs are good.....
But then again, im not a limit guy.

10$ in the pot makes the call profitable.
i think the 4 outer draw is like 10.5:1 to catch, so you need a pot laying you 11:1
if the pot lays you 10:1 on your call, you can call for implied odds of catching an extra bet or two on the river if you hit, and if you miss, fold.
but i like your fold, one of your outs is dirty because it gives someone else a flush.
