I'm getting like 3:1, but I don't really see many situations where I'm leading. I flop top pair, but can't help but feel that she couldn't possibly have anything worse than JJ. I have no reads on her because it's only 5 hands in, and therefore she doesn't really have a read on me. I ended up folding, right thing to do, or too tight?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG ($131.25)
UTG+1 ($34.30)
MP1 ($115.15)
Hero (MP2) ($98.50)
CO ($19.50)
Button ($136.20)
SB ($25.00)
BB ($162.55)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 10, 10
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $3.00, 1 fold, Hero calls $3.00, 4 folds

Flop: ($7.50) 3, 9, 8 (2 players)
UTG+1 bets $5.00, Hero raises to $15.00, UTG+1 raises to $31.30 (All-In), Hero folds, 1 fold

Total pot: $37.50 | Rake: $1.85

This was the conversation during the hand:
prahlad07: raises $16.30 to $31.30 and is all-in

prahlad07 said, "better"
GudSpeler: folds

This was a big part of the reason I folded. To me this is a tell that they probably do have a top pair.

This was the table conversation afterwards which made me feel a bit better:
GudSpeler said, "guess you had Jacks"
prahlad07 said, "jj"

folding for 16.3 more here is terrible, why did you raise when you intended to fold to a shove even though shed have so little left? either play your 1010 for set value against this short stacked person(bad),or play it all the way to the felt on good flops like this one, anything inbetween just isnt good.

Miffed22001 is on a distinguished road
i think i call preflop and just muck flop with no T
Otherwise im raising it up pre with the intention of getting it all in the middle (which i am not a fan of)

I don't think you have good set odds pre... I'm a nit-fish who has to have roughly 15:1 pre though.

10 to 1 if he's got aces
more if he has a worse hand because he's not going to stack off all the time
