I got in kind of late in the game for season 4, pretty pumped for 5. I think BeeJall was like 1 bad beat away from taking the title. I saw that dude also took 2nd in tourn of champs. Does he even post here? Can we prevent him and a few others from participating?

When you come to the gauntlet for the first time, your ass is a wad of cookie dough. After a few weeks, you're carved out of wood.
You just got to play the players. Almost all of whom are sharks. So ABC usually doesn't cut it, there's plenty of non-standard aggressive plays going on. Of the 6 games I played last season I did best when I wasn't multi tabling with other games.
Just a few non-secrets for HalvSame and the greatest of all time.

Hey, Gauntlet players.
I'm out of town at the moment. I will be setting up the league games at PokerStars with the passwords when I return home later this week, so you all can start registering for Game 1 of this season.
In the meantime, please be sure to read ALL of the league rules and registration process CAREFULLY so you know exactly what you need to do in order to participate.

No exceptions or special allowances will be made, so be sure to follow the instructions carefully. Those that do not properly register will not be granted access to the passwords.
Remember that your league-registered PokerStars name must NOT change during the season or you will be disqualified.
If it is different from last season, be sure to re-register now before Season V begins on 11 February 2007.
Anyone caught playing with multiple PokerStars accounts will be disqualified immediately and barred from all future league events.

My welcome gift to you is to give you a little edge right up front: mike4066 is a maniac, no doubt, but if you watch his avatar really closely it will flicker when he is not bluffing. Also my sad chicken has a stoneface, always wondering if she should go ahead and eat those two eggs instead of concentrating on poker. So you're not getting anything out of her. Gator's gator usually is pretty good and still but sometimes when his jaw snaps that means he's got a really good hand and you should fold.
