After I download the program, I try to run it. The screen blinks once and nothing else happens. What is going on?

Sounds like that's one for support to handle.

Give them your problem, and your PC specification (operating system, RAM, etc.)

Fixed it myself. I just popped up the task manager and closed a bunch of the background programs/services and it installed just fine. Hmm...
