Same. 24 games. Only 12 were allowed to be played by each player.

Here are some stats for FTR Gauntlet I:

118 = total members signed up to play (Players List)
77 = members that played at least one game
6 = members that played all twelve of their games
41 = members that signed up but never played

16.5 = average players per game
28 = most players in a single game (one game peaked at 28)
10 = least players in a single game (four games had 10)

Season I Champion, LeFou ("NuWere" at the previous venue), was one of the 6 that played all twelve of their games.

LeFou scored a whopping 95.2 points by winning Game 2 of the season to take the lead, and never lost his place at the top of the leaderboard.

This Game 2 was the one with the highest attendance of 28 players.

It was LeFou's very first game of the season.

Here's the complete list of results for all 24 games of Season I:

Hopefully we'll have way more than 118 members this time, especially with the freerolls...

What I don't get is why so many signed up, but never played.

I think you should have 2 extra tourneys at the end of the year.

One for the people who played in 12 events

And one for the top 20.

Something ot think about.

i notice those are 10 dollar buy ins, maybe the 5 dollar will subconsciously affect peoples mindset because its not as bad if they lose even though we are playing for points.....also lefou was pretty consistant...interesting how the ending tournaments start fizzling, guess people used up their twelve oppurtunities early

I played one or two, but the stakes weren't interesting to me. Now that I know there's a post ranking and a cool trophy riding on it, I might play a bit more.

We always said there would be a trophy. I guess you just didn't know how cool it would be. Actually, neither did we... until about mid-season.

But yeah.. the forum rank icon is new.

LeFou had a huge lead. It could be that folks thought he was out of reach.
