I'm waiting for PokerStars to confirm that they can set up the 6-max NLH games for this season. I'm building out the season schedule now. I was hoping for a April 27 start, but I'll probably push it into May... like May 4, perhaps.

grrr... our affiliate support at Stars hasn't answered whether they will set up the 6-max games yet. They sent me a prepared reply saying that they can set up money-added tourneys, and completely missed my question about custom 6-max games. I replied back a few days ago clarifying what I'm requesting and I haven't heard anything yet.
Sorry for the delay in announcing the season schedule/start-date, everyone, but I'd really like to try to set up the 6-max games as it's obviously very popular and would be a lot of fun to mix things up this season.
Will keep you posted.

Hey xianti, i was looking at the player data base for gauntlet career records and i feel like the people who have played 0 games shouldnt be included, and some more stats could be added to make it more interesting...but overall i liked it alot...sorry if its been said already but i havent been to FTR in a while...lol

Done. Though, I don't know if it's best of 3 or what. It's the default heads-up tourney setting that Stars runs.

Still awaiting word from PokerStars. They first confirmed that they can do the custom 6-max games. I then submitted the season schedule to them since they said they could create all 32 games. I'm now waiting for them to set up all the games or at least confirm that they will be setting them up in time for the first scheduled game.
This is why I'd prefer to avoid relying on Stars to set up custom games for us. It's a real pain-in-the-ass. I probably won't ever do this again... no matter how popular 6-max or any other type of custom tourneys are. We were supposed to have launched the season in April.

If I don't get a response from Stars by the end of day tomorrow, I will have to cancel the 6-max games and replace them with more PLO8 and HU NLH games. This has taken way too long and we cannot postpone the season any longer.

They still haven't set up the 6-max games, but we must go on...
Game 1 is on Sunday, May 18th!
It will be a standard full-table No-Limit Hold'em tourney. Complete season game schedule and tourney passwords will be provided soon.
