Sorry if this is already in the plans, I wasnt around for last season. I just thought it would be cool to have the 10+1 tourneys, but then at the end of the season have one final 30+3 or something, just for the hell of it. Its like how negreanu (sp?) won player of the year or whatever for the wsop, but then they ahve the main event after the seasons points are all added up.
We could have it on a saturday or sunday, therefore getting the best turn out, and hopefully the biggest of the events. I think it would be A LOT of fun.

Maybe you could have the top 9 or top 18 play each other in a 'main event' with a higher buyin.
But yeah, g00t idea boots.

So this would be a post-season bonus event with the highest league point winners?
Definitely something to consider.

I think boost originally meant just a higher buy-in game but I would definitely be in favor of a "Tournament of Champions" type deal,

I like both ideas of having the final game of the season be a higher buy-in Main Event, and a post-season Tournament of Champions.
As for the suggestion that the season finale Main Event be limited to the top players, I'm not sure that's such a good idea. It's highly unlikely that we can get all 9, 18 or whatever number to show up for the game. We have the 12-of-24 structure to allow for people's different schedules and even then, most people couldn't or didn't play all 12 last season.

Then would it make sense to have the last two, Wed and Sat, games at the higher limit so everyone gets the chance?
Taking that a step further, if we do play other games, stakes, whatever, will the Wed and Sat games be the same?

True. True. Good points. I'll keep that in mind. When I post info about the final two games and I've forgotten, please remind me.
As for games... they will all be NL Hold'em.

How about a HU match between LeFou and the Season 2 winner, like a champion of champions type thing?
