Congratulate JimmyMac on his impending reign as the Season VI Guantlet Champion.

I would have loved to have played in more tourney's this time (it seems like I had major conflicts EVERY damn WEd night and Sun afternoon), but the games that I did play Jimmy played very well in and certainly deserves the championship.

GG!!!!

on another note, I am averaging more points per game than swiggidy ... which maybe means I would have won our prop if I'd played 12 games

Two more to go to take me up to 10, I can still win if I win one of them (and then you can lose both your prop bets, swig????)

Hey I just saw this thread. Thanx for the props everyone! I think it's fair to say I've run really well in the gaunlet both this season, and at the end of last season. I've definitly won more than my fair share of flips, and just generally been coolering people left and right. I feel like I played OK too tho

Just like to say thanx to everyone who's played this season - I enjoy all the table chat and I'm already looking forward to defending my crown next season. Extra props to Xiant for organizing this thing (maybe he will win a gauntlet game one day!), and also to GMML for writing the summaries and contributing so much to the forum.

Cheers guys.

Sucks to be you =P

I basically ran like dog shit the entire season. If not for 1 1/2 luckbox games you'd already be ahead.

Well done Jimmy for ruining the Gauntlet.

It used to be a bunch of lucky fish grabbing wins and points while better players got lost in the crowd; it was comforting in its absolutely unfair nature. And now we have a quality player winning... it cheapens it all, somehow.

But honestly, grats JM.
