I think a good idea would be

24 Circuit Events (all nlhe)

6 Specialty events (Heads up, omaha, 7cs, limit holdem, bounty tourney)

Stars you can still add money to the prizepool, so maybe a couple of tourneys could have 100 added or something.

Also, maybe have a big main event with a 20+2 buy in, and maybe some money added.

Just some ideas.

I like the idea of other forms of poker but I think that should be in a separate league.

We learned last year that if there are too many freeroll type events without qualifiers then we get random entries from non ftr members who are only interested in the $, not the league. It would be nice if we could add freerolls late in the season and limit them to league regulars.

I'm new here and know very little about PokerStars, so maybe this is a stupid question...

Why CAN'T you limit it to league regulars? Can't they do private invitation-only tourneys? I've done that at UltimateBet with a group of friends.

.
The other forms of poker dont count toward points, just a friendly head-up match tourney.

Crowning champs in specialty fields.
