About a month ago I crashed an atv and really hurt my right shoulder. I can no longer do any real heavy workouts. Its kind of a bummer, and I feel really wound up. Running is ok but it only does so much; and I am not a big fan of it. Anyways anyone have experience with yoga? it seems that it would work well for my current situation, and i have always been curious to at least try it . In particular, bikram yoga - its in 100 degree heat, 26 moves, 60-90 mins, either one im not sure. I think it would help alot with regaining flexibility that I have lost.
kthnx.

Bikrams cool, you can really feel it work. I don't do it though because I'd rather get my exercise through competitive sports and the heat gives me a huge headache.

I say onto you, I've felt the dragon! I felt the touch of his tail, the breath of his fire, and I know without a shadow of a doubt that the dragon exists!

I thought it was good for my situation. I cant do sports because my right shoulder isnt good enough to do anything. Soccer maybe but i dont feel like tumbling on it. I can move it alright, but i heard that the heat in bikram relaxes the muscles and tendons and stretches them really good and thats what i need for my arm, and my body since i havent been doing much for the past month and I know I wont be as flexible
