Post subject: WTF my toolbar on windows is vertical!!! help!!

Sorry to be so computer illeterite.
I was cleaning my mouse while it was still plugged in an somehow i manged to change the toolbar, which im refering to as the blue streak on the bottom of the screen where everything is minimized to, to the left side of my screen vertically!!!
It's really annoying how the hell do i change it back?

just drag it back.
If it wont drag, right click on it and uncheck "lock the taskbar"

Unclick the lock the toolbar and drag it where you want it.
