On my dads side of the family we do a secret santa. But we can't write down what we want. I have no idea what to get my uncle, as I don't know much about him. Pretty much he likes his alcohol and he has a bar in his basement that he likes a lot.
Anything cool in the $20-25 range for a bar you guys can think of. I was thinking maybe scotch glasses and get em etched with his name but I don't know an etching place and how expensive that is.
And Im fucked because the party is Saturday, can't really get anything online.
lol I think I made a thread like this last year about my other uncle, and this secret santa bull shit, so help me out again.

yes sir
um....does he have kids? Cinema package for the family or some other kind of "going out" event is always a good idea and enjoyed by most people. Try to get something general if you don't know what he wants.

if he loves alcohol, he'll obviously have all of these things. Get him something that a man of his age would need but wouldn't think of replacing. A new wallet? I don't know how much they usually cost... possibly outside your spending range (maybe you can get some extra money from your parents for the gift?)
What is his age? Occupation? Kids? Wife? Where does he live?
Get him a new hat? Something trendy?
Get him some rare coffee beans? Coffee grinder?

You mean the revolver, sir?
Precisely.

I think you may be on the right track with this idea..... if you had more time. A set of tumblers or a few fancy shot glasses always goes over big with men who enjoy their liquor to the extent you say your uncle does.(trust me, I know this.... I have a family full of them... it makes Christmas and birthday shopping easy)
Now since time is short, a good bottle of spirits is probably your best bet. There have already been a few good suggestions in this thread. I'll add a few of my own.
Here are a few that I've enjoyed and given as gifts. You can usually find at least one of them at any decent liquor store.
Knob Creek Bourbon
Don Eduardo Tequila
Jack Tar Rum
Also be sure to ask the liquor store personnel to make suggestions. They may have something just as good or better available.
