I use a ladies names on PStars and have a sexy lady for my pic.
originally did this cause I heard people respect ladies bets more....
problem is I now get chatted up all the time....
For example when playing 3 handed yesterday, I got asked "Hey ...., is that really you in your pic?...you're hot"
my reply "Yes it is, do you really think I'm hot? Thanks!"
and we chatted away........
now its all good as I later stacked him, but I feel wrong on many levels (the main level being that I'm a big West Ham fan with a shaved head and a dick)

my friend did this except for a slightly different reason. he did it cause women suck at poker, and thought people would think he was really terrible. he made his name bluberry, and had blueberry's in his avatar, because he thought that a woman would do that. lol.

I don't see anything wrong with this. I think it's a mental advantage. I know that lots of people already do this too.
