Post subject: Why not create a Latin section?

Hi, I from Argentina and this WEB is greatest ( in my humble opinion). But I dont have a great level of english language and some post here are very dificult to understand and will be geat do a section in spanish language. I say this because I want to learn in this wonderful game.
In the meantime I have to study the english language.
PS: Sorry for my basic language.
