World Series of Poker, anyone?
Several of the sites have tournaments and award the winners entry to the WSOP. Since there are so many good players here, I thought I'd ask if anyone has won entry. Or if anyone is going on their own tab.
If so, we'll look for ya on TV!

My friend is renting a house for the two months around the WSOP. Ill be there of the first and last week that he has it. Im gonna play the ring games with all the fishy tourists who come to watch.
Another friend is hosting a bunch of satellites, for different events, at his beach house in March; so of course I will be there for whatever events I win entries too.
After these little junkets, I can hopefully take that little bit out of my signature

If I have a little more(maybe even if I dont) success before summer, Im going to play in one of the smaller $1500 nl buyin tournaments. Use it as a vacation and a chance to play in the WSOP.

I have been considering the same thing SC....I have also been looking into the "super-satellites" they are holding everywhere, particularly the ones at the Rio in March. $250 investment....80-120 competitors....2-3 seats per satellite....sounds like an opportunity to me.

I am going to play in one of the smaller WSOP tourneys in New Orleans. It's a $500 buy-in NLHE tourney on May 21. I wonder if they give bracelets for the tourneys in the new cities.
