well, after watching Australia vs Netherlands last night I am tempted to try and change my vote.
Our fitness was lacking
Our passing lacked direction
Our discipline was lacking
However the service of the ball to VIduka and Aloisi was mostly good when the passes were on target and we showed good character in the second half, especially not going down more goals after the send off 10 minutes into the half.
I think if we can play like that through the entire cup campaign we actually will have a shot at the quaters at least, but I don't think it would be possible to be that focused and play above our typical level for so long against so many better opponents.
Overall after that match, heart says Australia, head says Germany and if australia happen to play germany I'd kill myself if I went for germany

In reality, the brazilians are the team to beat. However, somone like itlay/argentina vs brazil and brazil out wud really open the whole competition up for the likes of England/italy/portugal perhaps even mexico the U.S and others.
Dont rule out the portugese either if ronaldo turns up.
