I am the same way, but I dont think it is a homophobe thing at all.
It's just a mental thing.
I dont like sour cream, cream cheese, mayo, ranch. And when I order pasta it is almost always with a red sauce. I just dont like stuff that looks gross or looks like it was processed. I usually dont dip my veggies or my chips (unless it's salsa).
However, I do like tartar and tzatziki sauce.

loaded waffle fries, baked potatoe, chili (in moderation), quesadillas, other good stuff, etc, etc. In fact, i cant really think of any mexican food that sour cream wouldnt be good on.

I don't like sour cream, cream cheese, mayo, blue cheese is meh, I've only recently developed a taste for ranch.
I like to say I don't like white creamy liquids because then people laugh and don't ask more questions about why I don't like sour cream, which is really gross.
White sauces on pasta are delicious.

sour cream is good in baked potatos, on quesadillas, on fajitas, in taco salad, etc.
That said, i must take sour cream in moderation, some ppl drown their food in that shit and its disgusting.
