i need him right now he's never here when i need him i hate his guts i think that he should be stripped of his mod duties because he sucks at it. i mea if you are a mod it means that ou should be here when ppl need you, not running around drinking randomly like he likes to do or maybe he's evem sleeping right now? whatever. he broke my heart by not being here and i don't know what to do. advice?

I weighed 270, I now weigh 213. The copious ammounts of alcohol that I've been consuming this semester has not helped my quest. But I've been doing plenty of cardio so that I am still shaving the weight at some rate.

I'm trying to shave some fat too. I went from 160 to 151.5 lbs over the last 1.5 months doing basically cardio w/ abs and push-ups. After a month or two, I'll upgrade to lifting where I would hope to start putting muscle weight back on.
My drinking is the most difficult part - I've cut out fatty foods, I've cut down on my carbs, I mostly eat low-fat protein dishes. I've even switched from Samuel Adams to Coors Light. But now I pour a shot of vodka in my Coors Light.
Rilla, that's pretty awesome you dropped that much. You're only a 200lb Gorilla now. I'm a rhesus monkey with a blue helmet.
