Hey dudes!

Thanks for thinking about me! Terribly sorry about leaving so quietly.... basically, my excuse is that work blocked access to FTR and a lot of other good sites. I tried to keep posting from home... but with 3 kids and lots of poker, it just became too difficult to keep active. Something had to give, and sadly it was FTR.

A quick udpate on DWDuck. 2006 sucked.... my confidence dropped, my play sagged... it stunk! Perhaps if I kept posting I could have received some help! Anyways... my BR almost disappeared in late 2006, and I had to go all the way back to the 10+1s. Weird.... Slowly but surely the BR recovered so I could get back seriously into the MTTs. 2007.... 2007 has been insane. I've scored several big wins. A couple 10+1 rebuy chops in Jan/Feb, some good scores in the 150+12 in March. And in my two best nights ever, a 100+9 win and WSOP qualifier win on the same night. Sweet! And last night... 17.2k for 2nd in the 150+12 on Stars. I'm back!

Big lesson learned in 2006 though. I maintain a much bigger BR for MTT play now. Variance is being VERY, VERY good to me right now, but I know there will be long stretches where I can't seem to hit anything. I have to make sure my BR is ready to absorb those.

The other thing I learend.... I miss having FTR-ers railbirding for me in the tournaments! Obviously that's my fault.... but I felt so alone against the 2+2er last night. Perhaps I should do something to fix that eh?

Anyways, good to read some posts from you guys again. I'll try to keep tabs, although I can't promise that I'll be posting a lot... Time is so tough to find! I will attempt to be better though.

I hope variance smiles on you all. I also hope to see you all at WSOP!

Thanks mang! I'll try to be better..... honestly.

It was nice reading through the other day seeing all the old names pop up... and some new ones. Occasionally on the tables I fire out a "is asshat a verb?", but no responses so far.
