Deanglow is on a distinguished road
 So this guy moved in spring semester and is just a huge freeloader. I'm 90% sure he has used my soap, towel (eww), various condiments, bread, utensils and dishes. Yesterday morning I put a steak out on the counter to thaw and later in the evening it was gone (WTF!) and he doesn't know anything about it.

For the first month he slept on the couch because his bedroom, according to him, wasn't unlocked yet. We got a utility bill which was 30% more than usual and it didn't have his name on it. He is best friends with my other roommate, and I don't think he is paying rent. I'm going down to the leasing office now to find out. What do I do?

And solid prank ideas welcome imo
