Post subject: a weird new thing i do

okay so a couple weeks ago i was sick and was really congested so what i would do is throw a towel on the floor by my sink and kneel on it. i turned the hot water on and got another towel and threw it over the sink tenting it over my head. i essentially steamed my head.
i would do this for 10-15 minutes twice a day and it really helped. I noticed my skin also looked alot better. after doing this for a few days i felt better but i found i kept doing it. i throw on my ipod and listen to pokerroad and big poker sundays (great podcasts) and do this 10-15 minutes every day since then. I find its super relaxing and i totally zone out and just relax and it takes my mind off things for those 10 minutes or so. My skin also is in alot better condition as it is winter here and its usually really dry.
Yeah, im a big metrosexual because i care about my skin.
Cliffnotes: metro steams head, feels good.

I used to sit in the hot tub and occasionally the sauna a lot a couple years ago. A bit of a different approach but same idea, and I found it really relaxing and such too. I need to start doing that again.
