I play on Mansion on my desktop Pc, on windows XP. Only on my new laptop, vista is installed. I download the mansion software (suspiciously only a 1.3mb file) on the laptop, then when i try to open it a new window appears:
'Startpoker has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem etc'
needless to say there is never a solution found
any ideas? currently i cant get the software to load-iv'e uninstalled and re-downloaded it numerous times. hence i cant play poker
save my ass someone! or i'll have to switch sites

I would imagine Mansion has vista compatible software available for download. make sure you are following all of the instructions on the website, could also email support. failing that, most things like poker clients seem to work better if you run them as admin, so you could give that a try
