WHY AM I BEING BILLED FOR MY VOICEMAIL CALLS? I'M CALLING MY NUMBER TO CHECK IT...THEREFORE IT SHOULD BE FREE...
Thank you for contacting Verizon Wireless through our website. My name is Collette, and I understand you have additional questions regarding IN Calling as it relates to your Verizon Wireless billing. I will be happy to assist you.
You advised that you thought the call would be free because you are calling a Verizon Number. Our IN Calling feature allows you to talk with any of our other wireless customers within our nationwide coverage area whenever you want, without using your calling plan minutes. A call to your voice mail box is not an IN call, as you are not actually calling another Verizon Wireless customer.
OK. IKNOW ITS A OUT GOING CALL. BUT I AM CALLING A VERIZON NUMBER. RIGHT? SO IF I AM CALLING A VERIZON NUMBER , WHY IS IT NOT FREE???
Voice Mail is a free feature on your account, however calling to check your voice mailbox from your wireless phone is like making an outgoing call. Your airtime will be deducted.

no..its not how long..i was just lookin the bill over and saw voicemail come up a few times and i was getting charged for it.
i did dial my own number and i checked it and still got charged.
i try to answer the phone whenever it rings...its just i cant yap all day long when im workin...eh..

uh you should have retarded amounts of verizon to verizon minutes
also verizon is awesome because it gets great reception everywhere. The only thing thats shitty about verizon is the selection of phones.

meh, i was pretty happy when picking a new phone a month or 2 ago. you're just pissed because you cant have an iphone.

Verizon has done me pretty well so far, I had Sprint and I did not get reception in my house it was awful. I get reception everywhere with Verizon
