I've seen a few other Vancouverites on FTR forums.
How many of us are there out there?

Noticed a couple others, too, but can't remember their names.

Is that the sigh of a man that wishes he was one?
Just don't let your envy get the best of you. Just kidding, I like to think that our fellowship as FTR minions trancends international borders.
P.S. Daniel N. is probably one of, if not THE best all-around poker player in the world. Nuff' said!

While I love to watch Daniel play, --and I do idolize him to some extent-- my friend pointed out recently that he is the biggest momma's boy in the poker world....
I think Maxxscam is the only other Van guy out there.

Do any of you play in any B&M games here in town? What about local tournaments?
I've played in ring games at the River Rock, but no tournaments as of yet. Probably will later this year some time. Of course, that's only if I can get in. The growing poker craze is out of control here in Vancouver. A ripe situation for 'live ones', but makes it tough to get a seat even in ring games at peak periods.
I heard a rumour that the River Rock might host a WPT event some time this year. Anyone know any more details?
There is definitely also going to be a CPT event at the RR. Don't know the date - don't think it's been published yet.
