Yeah Unan1mous. Was it really pulled? Thats horribly disappointing.
That show was a truly perfect psychology experiment.
Stick 10 people in the room, say someone is walking out with 1 million dollars, you just all have to agree who it should be.
There was a guy lying and saying he had testicular cancer, there was a black lady who hated gay guys so of course they had a gay guy. That lady also loved to play the race card. I should get it because of what you white folks did to my people.
The entire show, everyone bordered on violence. It was an absolutely brilliant look inside the human mind.
There was no way in hell 10 people would agree unanimously to give someone else 1 million dollars. But the show could have worked. I think their undoing was the fact that after someone was voted off they were absolutely unable to win the 1 mill anymore no matter what -- but they still had a voice as to who WOULD get it. While it was interesting to see someone revert to the, "if i cant have it no one can have it" attitude (infact, everyone did at one point or another), it probably killed the show.
Saved the producers $1,000,000 though.

And the best part was, is that the more time they took discussing it and arguing about it, the less money was available. It started @ 1 mil and counted down from there. It was like Survivor where people were making pacts and alliances, only to find out that everyone was backstabbing everyone anyway.
Reality TV meets Jerry Springer. NH.

Qualifications to get in the show would probably have to be that you're extremely egocentric, a bit paranoid that people are "out to get you", incapable of working in a team, etc. That way the network is sure they'll never have to shill out the $10 mil.
Btw I can see why it got cancelled, it probably gets boring fast when it's clear that a consensus is just.. never happening.
