holla
Quick picks from the main card
Forrest
BIGG NOG
Wandy by decapitation
C.B.
Kongo
Going out now to grab sushi, then off to the pub to watch this tonight. Three main events on one card=the nuts. On a side note, yesterday's weigh ins were pretty cool. I think Wandy - Rampage is just gonna be the illest. There's some old fashioned hate between those two, and it will be ugly. Also, Frank Mir looked pretty goddamn good, and his cardio has usually been suspect, so he may be ready to give Nog a fight...I still like Nog by a mile though.
I think Evans is very good, but I don't think he's as good as everyone's given him credit for. Beating Chuck Liddell really isn't the feather in the cap that it used to be (i.e. he's insanely one dimensional now and constantly looking for Barry Bonds home run shots) I think Forrest wins by decision. He's got huge heart, likely the best cardio at 205, and has just improved by leaps and bounds. That's not to take anything away from Rashad Evans, though. I can't get it out of my mind though, how he most likely would've lost to Tito "I've been a bum for years" Ortiz, had Ortiz not grabbed the fence.
Also, I think it's really ridiculous how at UFC 94, Jon Fitch vs. Akihiro Gono won't even be on the main card. You mean to tell me Parisyan vs. Hyun Kim, or Bonnar vs. Jones, or even Guida vs. Nate Diaz is more important than the guy who went the distance with GSP? Bullfuckingshit. Fucking politics. Gono's not the best fighter in the world, but he's beaten Gegard Mousasi who's an animal.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

thanks for posting that GMML, great stuff
Forrest won rounds one and two, but it seemed that all Evans had to do was throw one or two good punches and it'd start going his way. he was just so much damn quicker than Forrest that it was a matter of time.
