Turning stone is having a series of tournaments in August 14th through the week.
Monday: $200 event
Tuesday: $300 event
Wednesday: $500 event
Thursday: $1000 event
Friday: $5000 event
I will be there with other FTR members and ventrilo users for the whole week. Turning stone is a 18+ casino and has cash games 24/7.
They have a poker rate for there hotel $75 a night which has 2 doubles or a king size bed.
Anyways, we have a group of 7-10 people interested so far.

i dont know, itd be 9 hour trip probly costing about $100 and then its $75 a nite, and the smallest tourney is $200. So theres roughly $400 and then have to add another grand due to guaranteed stupidity... its debatable. The worst problem i have is that i dont know anyone that would go with me. Be a lame road trip by myself

Yea, I just checked and the tickets are fairly pricey for me and Ive got a software project that Im commissioning right now so I dont have much available cash, otherwise Id be up for this.
Anyways though, I was looking at the wiki entry and they say the East Coast Poker Championship is held there in October. Is anybody planning on going then?
